Your subsequent drawings will clarify your relationship with pain and what healing means for you. This session is appropriate for individuals living with stress-related health conditions such as chronic pain, heart conditions, migraines, depression, anxiety, cancer, as well as undiagnosed symptoms. Whether you are new or experienced with Expressive Art, you’ll explore the emotions tied to your physical limitations and what they tell you about what you need in your healing and growth.
