Consulting Description:

“Visionary Package: - twelve 30 minute sessions
Ongoing support helping you work through difficult issues, major transitions
or to enhance the quality of your accomplishments.

ENVISION YOUR IDEAL FUTURE
Coaching Description:
When thinking of your future, do you get caught up with mundane obstacles
rather than seeing the big picture? Using unique coaching tools, you
can uncover the vision of your ideal life and create an action plan
to make it a reality. Dream big!
Note: This session is easily tailored to be about
life balance, your ideal business, success in the coming year, treasuring
your holidays, etc. Uncover what your ideal life would look like and
set action steps to create the life you want.
“Envision Your Ideal Future” – one time, 30 minutes
In just 30 minutes, unfold what your ideal future would look like so
that you are better able to choose which elements you’d like to
pursue.
Cost: $50
“Pursue Your Ideal Future” – one month of weekly,
30 minute sessions
Discover what an ideal future would be like for you and get ready to
pursue it! Receive guidance and support from our certified coach Barb
Plunkett while creating a plan to pursue the key elements of the life
you truly want.

LIFE CHOICES COACHING
Coaching Description:
Are you tired of feeling stuck? Are you looking for “something
more” in your life? Are you ready to move forward but need help
getting started? If any of these questions strike a chord, then coaching
could be the answer for you.
Life Choices certified coach Barb Plunkett helps you take action to
achieve your personal and professional goals. Through her coaching process,
you will explore and answer questions such as, “where am I now?”,
“where do I want to be?” and “how do I get there?”
With Barb’s support and guidance you will create an action plan
that ensures greater success and satisfaction in your life.
First Step: Before you begin coaching, we'll connect you with
our coach, Barb Plunkett, to discuss the coaching process. Barb will
then set up a one-hour Intake Session and provide an Intake Package
to clarify your goals and values and confirm your readiness for the
taking action through coaching.
Intake Session: one time, 60 minutes
Before you choose your coaching package, get focused on the goals
you wish to achieve with coaching and create an action plan for success.

PROFESSIONAL COACHING/CONSULTING
Description:
In the crush of deadlines, well-intentioned goals can get buried. Provide
results-oriented support for key staff on a one-on-one basis to ensure
they stay healthy and maintain balance while achieving their business
goals. Through an ongoing professional relationship, people produce extraordinary
results in their careers and quality of life.
We offer support in the areas of goal achievement, work/life balance,
transition, working with difficult people, developing your ideal business

Timeframe for coaching/consultation: 30 minute sessions
Meetings typically take place on the phone, creating convenient, efficient
communication for the client. Meetings can be in person if preferred.
Four sessions is typical and suggested for ideal results. After you select
the session that you’d like, we will put you in contact with your
coach/consultant to discuss your needs and to arrange your session time(s).
Cost: Session cost varies by individual consultant and
certified coach ($50-$75). Phone sessions cost less than in-person. We
can negotiate a package discount if you choose at least four sessions
or provide these services to four or more staff.

develop the scholarship fund. You select the amount of your non-tax
