| Begin to Thaw, by Tasha Burg, M.A., facilitator March seems to be a transitional season in which Winter and Spring melt into one... A reminder to integrate the blessings of both seasons. We can allow moments for winter's stillness and welcome the preparations to begin blossoming as we gradually begin to thaw from a deep hibernation. Honor each season. Gather insights from your period of rest and allow yourself to grow and blossom as Spring inspires you. Know that you have everything you need. Much like the growing pains of Spring, our bodies, mind and spirit supply us with all we need for our growth. For example, our symptoms of stress tell us exactly what we need. This season, make time to listen. Use the Mini-Reflection Exercise below to help you thaw. Mini-Reflection Exercise What feels frozen within me? What is ready to thaw, soften or come to life within myself? What insights have I gathered during my hibernation? What are my growing pains telling me about what I need?
