In This Issue... Reflections
Reflections (by Janet Roper, Facilitator) Aren't you tired of doing? When we find ourselves doing, without being, we are out of harmony with ourselves, friends, family, the world and the universe. At this time of
the year it is particularly easy to forget we are not human doings
but human beings. I encourage you to use the reflection
exercise later in this issue to help you be. (click on workshop titles to view flyers) Creativity

Go to a quite place, either in your home or in Nature. Make sure this is somewhere you feel safe, comfortable and won't be interrupted. Take the time you need to calm down, center yourself and become aware of the present moment. Pay attention to your breath; breathe out your concerns, anxieties and toxins. Breathe in peace, harmony, joy and love. Now, think of something specific you want to release and with your next exhale, let that concern go. What do you want to bring in to replace that concern? With your next inhale, bring that specific quality in. Think of it this way: Nature abhors a vacuum, so when a space is created by releasing, it will be filled ~ you may as well request what fills that space! For example, exhale concerns around scheduling, inhale harmony regarding time management. Repeat as needed...and rediscover your human being!
This keepsake book resonates with people of all ages and has been inspiring them to find IT – more meaning, joy and purpose in their lives. It is a heartwarming story that reminds readers that even if they’ve lost IT, as they follow the little girl’s journey, they will see that they can find IT again. Janae Bower, a local Twin Cities, first-time author, took seven years to finally publish the book. As a little girl, Janae dreamed about growing up and writing a book that would inspire hope in others. IT has! "This is a heartwarming story that reminds us all how easy it is to lose ‘IT.’ Reading this book inspired me to listen to my heart.” - Janet O. Hagberg, speaker, healer, and author of Real Power.
