Mia
Bolte, M.A. Always curious about the world, Mia has traveled widely and
lived in a number of places including New York City and Colorado. She
earned her Masters degree studying body, mind, spirit psychology and expressive
arts at Naropa University in Boulder. Now, back in Minneapolis she brings
gentleness and passion to helping others learn more about what’s
important and meaningful to them. By using traditional psychology with
a variety of holistic modalities including meditation, art making and
body awareness, Mia’s work empowers others and helps them discover
new options. In addition to facilitating workshops for the Purple Crayon
Factory she teaches at the University of Minnesota while maintaining a
Buddhist-inspired psychotherapy
private practice (612-701-2027). She is committed to working with
individuals, couples and groups to help them discover who they want to
be, and really are!
