Becca
Pournoor
Becca Pournoor supports people in finding their authentic voice by exploring
themes such as sacred space, transformation, forgiveness, coming of age,
fear, wounding and leadership to name a few. Her favorite quote is from
Annie Dillard,
“We are here to abet creation
and to witness to it, to notice each other’s
beautiful face and complex nature
so that creation need not play
to an empty house.”
Becca enjoys working with groups and bringing them to a place where they
can witness and celebrate their common connections and each other’s
uniqueness. Journaling, shared storytelling, facilitating workshops and art are all skills she pulls together to assure participants
get the most out of their Purple Crayon Factory experience.
Becca has taken graduate courses in social work, spiritual
direction, world religions and youth and adult spirituality. She served
six years as Director of Religious education at Unity Church Unitarian.
Becca works as a Leadership Consultant to Youth and Adults for the Unitarian
Universalist Association. Her passion is facilitating Women’s Circling
workshops for women’s retreats and Purple Crayon Factory.
